Vermont INDEX Washington 2007 Name Victoria Marie Hall Age 20 (born December 20, 1986) Hometown Midlothian, Virginia Previous experience Miss Virginia Teen USA 2005 Top 10, Miss Teen USA 2005 Biography Tori's father is a preacher and she moved numerous times as a child, living in Waddy, Kentucky before moving to Midlothian, Virginia with her father when her parents' marriage ended. After graduating from high school in Midlothian, Hall studied at Virginia Intermont College and now attends the University of Kentucky. In 2007 Tori appeared as a member of the "Pit Crew" on the MTV reality show Road Rules: Viewers Revenge, won a place on the RV, and stayed with the main crew throughout the season.
