Born and raised in Vermont, Kim enjoys being outdoors and loves snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, kayaking, swimming and running. When she isn’t outdoors, you can find her curled up with a book or spending time with her family, friends, and pets. Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science in 2006. While attending the University of Vermont, Kim was also member of the UVM Rescue Squad. After completing an intense course and passing the state exam, she obtained her license as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
