Liz was born in Toledo, Ohio and has lived in Deming since second grade. Her father is a major with the U.S. Border Patrol, assigned to the Deming Station, where he's the field operations supervisor and her mother works at Deming High School, running the student store.
Liz graduated from Deming High School in 2007 and will be attending New Mexico State University.
