Miss Teen USA interview:
What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
Thrilling but risky, scary and a total adrenaline rush, THAT describes the craziest thing I've ever done in my life. Ready to fly, well so was I, when I chose to sail through the sky parasailing at Orient Beach on the beautiful island of St. Maarten. Was it a bit intimidating? It sure was, but I have to say it was worth the risk I took. Far off the ground with the wind on my back and the turquoise blue of a beautiful sky, I felt like an Eagle. The view of the crystal clear water and the satisfaction of knowing that I overcame my initial fear made my adventure worthwhile!

What are your strongest talents?
Not only do I have the ability to communicate through the spoken word but I have a natural ability to communicate, inspire and motivate through my dancing. I have been blessed with a talent that touches the hearts of others.
Name one person, family, friend, celebrity, who has had the most influence on your life.
Jennifer Wright Without a doubt, my loving mother has by far been the most influential person in my life. She is my life source, my best friend. My mother has instilled in me that through hard work and commitment you will reach your goals. Her famous saying is "always make choices that you can look back on and be proud of." I've done that throughout my life and I am thankful for her wisdom. I love you Mom!
Describe how you envision yourself in five years?
I envision myself living in California attending Stanford University pursuing a degree in medicine. When I am not studying, I hope to continue with my competitive Latin Ballroom Dancing and maybe have an appearance on Dancing with the Stars!
What else do you want the judges to know about you?
I am a perfectionist through and through. I am constantly striving to be the absolute best in all that I do. I always push it to the limit and never back away from a challenge. |
